1. Driver Test Environment
test voltage is 24V, the test load is a reactor, and the test instrument is a temperature measurement imager.

2. 30A driver test
The test voltage is 24V and the continuous current is 25A.

30A driver continues to work at 25 A for about 27 minutes, the mos temperature is 83 Celsius degrees, and the driver case temperature is 80.5 Celsius degrees. The temperature of 80 Celsius degrees is already a relatively high temperature. The temperature of the driver case is higher than the three-phase interface temperature from the temperature measurement thermal imager .
After adding a small electric fan to dissipate heat, the temperature dropped immediately and stabilized at about 43 Celsius degrees. At this time, the driver can continue to work well at 25A.

3. 50A drive test
The test voltage is 24V and the continuous current is 35A.

50A driver continues to work at 35 A for about 15 minutes, the mos temperature is 83 Celsius degrees, and the three-phase interface temperature is 86 Celsius degrees. From the temperature measurement thermal imager, the temperature of the three-phase interface is higher than that of the driver case.
After adding a small electric fan to dissipate heat, the temperature dropped immediately and stabilized at about 46 Celsius degrees. At this time, the driver can continue to work at 35 A , and the temperature of the three-phase interface is 57 Celsius degrees.

4. in conclusion
When the load is relatively large, adding an air cooling system for heat dissipation can make the driver work better for a long time with high current.
